Vehicle Pickup Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient service for all our clients, we have implemented the following vehicle pickup policy:

24-Hour Pickup Window: We kindly request that all vehicles be picked up within 24 hours of service completion. A daily storage fee will be applied for vehicles not collected within this timeframe.
Vehicles Without Key Access: For vehicles to which we do not have key access, a 4-hour window is provided for pickup post-service completion. After this period, a storage fee will be charged.

Vehicle Liability

Eagle Eye Detail LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of your vehicle or any personal belongings contained therein while the vehicle is parked, stored, or otherwise located on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, vandalism, or unauthorized third-party actions.

We strongly advise all customers to ensure their vehicles are adequately insured against such risks and to remove any valuables prior to leaving the vehicle with us.

By utilizing our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Eye Detail LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from the storage of your vehicle on our lot.
